It is our Mission, as the leading restaurant brokerage in Oregon, to provide the most complete and professional intermediary services to clients and customers that are available in the state. Additionally we provide, valuations, expert testimony and consulting for Food & Beverage industry clients and customers throughout the state. We have assisted hundreds of parties in completing successful transactions throughout the Northwest.

Having been involved with the restaurant industry since 1975, I understand how precious ownership is in our industry, and how difficult it is to maintain the highest value for your business. Mr. Marlin received his Bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.

Catherine Lewis has been actively involved in the restaurant industry for most of her professional life. Her wide range of experience extends from the front of house through college, to Restaurant Design and Concept development, then to On-Premise wines sales, and later to settle down in Portland where she managed the front of the house at Serratto Restaurant form 2008 until 2014. To say the least, she is well versed with the ins and outs of the Food and Beverage industry. Additionally she has an innate understanding of accounting and business valuation analysis.

Catherine Lewis also comes with a background in digital design and database management that has helped the Marlin Group to develop a criterion database that allows us to pull from a large list of buyers to find possible matches the instant the Marlin Group takes on new Offerings.
