Mr. Vacheresse has been a highly productive licensed broker, selling restaurants with the Marlin Group since 2003. His previous experience and his exclusive focus on restaurant/bar transactions, allow him to bring strong expertise to the issues unique to the restaurant and bar sales process. His ties within the industry and throughout the community with landlords, lending institutions, governmental agencies, lending institutions and attorneys enable him to shepherd the transaction process through the red tape to a profitable and confidential closing.

Mr. Vacheresse has over 20 years of experience in operational and financial roles in the restaurant and bar industry. Prior to his time with Marlin Group, Mr. Vacheresse has been a hospitality industry Accountant, Food & Beverage Director, Restaurant Group Controller, and Restaurant General Manager. He holds a B.S. in Accounting.
